In the summer of 2019, Eric, as seasoned developer, and two developer friends spent months developing and launching a prototype of his flagship idea. A collaboration platform, that would help enable workforce scheduling and managment. The subsequent 4 years proved fruitful, as their collaboration platform company merged in and integrated several complimentary offerings and products, leading to a collaboration megatool.

Partnered with Yard, Eric went to work on a cross-functional assessment to assess and understand his business talent requirements, his diverse talent pool, their technical competencies, and career aspirations. Riding in the sidecar, we helped him crystalize his winning strategy for talent, “What I.F.F?” What “Investments” was the organization prepared to make? What “Future” were they driving towards? And, what “Friends” did they want to take along the journey.
We developed a journey map, engaged the best-in-class partners for talent development, leadership acceleration and management coaching. All team members were pulled into the future based on their unique skills, attributes, expertise and preferences - a truly customized, and embellished approach; all while remaining simple and flexible . . . providing a nod to the fast-moving, and ever-changing landscape of the organization.
